We are proud to offer you dental services that you will smile about. Our emphasis is on prevention and maintaining your teeth and gums. If restoring your teeth is needed, we offer the most esthetic treatments possible, and we use the most state-of-the-art equipment and techniques available to accomplish this goal. We now offer CAD-CAM single visit porcelain restorations. Our sterilization techniques meet or exceed current standards. For your comfort, we offer massage chairs, Nitrous Oxide, stereo earphones with cable TV, and a large library of DVD and video movies for your viewing enjoyment.     • We have many specialists to whom we refer when the following specialty procedures are needed: periodontal surgery, implants, root canal treatment, oral surgery, child specialists, and orthodontics. When your smile is healthy and attractive, many other benefits will follow. An improved self-image encourages better dental hygiene and, ultimately, an improvement in overall health. We have televisions and an extensive DVD and video movie library available in each operatory. We also offer interactive DVDs for patient education and entertainment. With our intra-oral video cameras we are able to show you your individual teeth, in color, magnified 52 times.

    NONINVASIVE FACE-LIFT
    The Angellift is a remarkable, noninvasive procedure and prosthetic device that painlessly reduces wrinkles and facial aging lines around the mouth, lips, chin and cheeks. Cosmetic face care products are also available to help support the youthful facial changes. Dr. Lewis is a pioneer in developing this new device that is "Changing the Face of Dentistry". Ask us if you would like to see a two minute segment that aired nationally on EXTRA. IN-OFFICE POWER WHITENING With this fantastic new technique, you can have your upper and lower teeth permanently whitened in about an hour. This safe, instant, comfortable and affordable technique is made possible using our high tech, non-laser light to warm a special gel that we place on your teeth. You will leave the office with a dazzling white smile! Ask us if you would like to see a two minute segment of Dr. Andrew Lewis being interviewed on KNBC-TV news about this technique. AIR ABRASION Also, we provide the new, gentle alternative to the dental drill using "MICRO-AIR ABRASION" with no pain, no novocaine, no noise and no vibration. This high tech equipment allows for quick, conservative, tooth-colored bonded fillings. "NO NUMB LIP OR TONGUE" ANESTHETIC If you do need to be numb for a procedure, we offer a new way to deliver the anesthetic. It is very comfortable and allows you to eat immediately after leaving the office, without an annoying droopy face, numb tongue and lip. REDUCE HEADACHES Do you have headaches and find that you clench your teeth? We offer our patients the recently FDA-approved NTI Appliance. This small plastic device fits over the four front teeth and is worn at night. It keeps the teeth separated so clenching cannot occur and the facial muscles can relax. The appliance can be fitted in only one appointment. Many happy patients have found relief, at last! ANTI-SNORING DEVICE We can provide a removable appliance that will reduce or eliminate snoring. In just one visit, an appliance is fabricated which will take care of that irritating noise that keeps loved ones awake in the night.

    YOUR FIRST VISIT
    Here is what to expect at your first visit. Our staff will welcome you and ask you to fill out personal information and dental/medical health history forms. Necessary radiographs will be taken to aid in a proper diagnosis. Dr. Lewis will go over your health history and perform a complete intra-oral and extra-oral examination of your mouth (including a cancer check), allowing you to participate by viewing your teeth and gums on the television monitors. He will check for cavities, gum problems, bad breath and any problems that you may have with your bite and jaws. Digital prints and Polaroid pictures and slides of your smile, together with models of your teeth, may be made to help in a thorough diagnosis. Next, a smile evaluation may be done to show you the beautiful smile you may desire. Then you may have your teeth cleaned and polished by our Registered Dental Hygienist, who will check your blood pressure, chart the depths of your gum pockets and go over your personal dental hygiene care. When all this is completed, you will see Dr. Lewis again to determine the treatment options that are available for any treatment you may need. Our Office Manager will then go over your financial obligation and, if needed, assist you in filling out insurance forms that you will need to send to your carrier.
